Mindful Business Academy (MBA) 2.0 is Success with Soul's lifetime-access business education program built around a specific premise: a digital business should be able to attract leads and make sales without depending on constant social-media posting.

The official sales page currently describes MBA as a system for coaches, course creators, service providers and digital-product sellers. It combines more than 20 courses with SEO/GEO, email, evergreen funnels, offer development, AI-assisted execution, systems and recurring-revenue training. It also advertises monthly human coaching and a private community.

Quick take

  • Best fit: knowledge, coaching, service and digital-product businesses that want less dependence on social media.
  • Main differentiator: one curriculum connects traffic, email, funnels, AI and systems instead of treating each as a separate tactic.
  • Current price checked September 27, 2026: $2,497 pay in full or 12 payments of $297 ($3,564 total).
  • Access: the merchant advertises lifetime access and future updates.
  • Refund window: the official page currently states 7 days.

What is Mindful Business Academy?

MBA is not positioned as a single course. The current 2.0 version is organized around three operating goals: getting found, converting leads into buyers, and scaling with systems. There is also a foundations section for positioning, offers, websites and time management.

PathWhat the merchant says it coversWhy it matters
Get FoundSEO/GEO, borrowed audiences, visibilityCreates traffic sources that can continue working after publication.
ConvertEmail, messaging, evergreen funnels, tripwiresTurns attention into leads and buyers without relying only on launches.
Scale + RestAI, operations, recurring revenue, tech systemsReduces how much day-to-day work depends on the founder.

The sales page also says the 2026 rebuild includes installable AI employees, custom GPTs and interactive tools tied to individual courses. AI is described as optional; the underlying lessons are also available in a non-AI format.

What we like about the structure

1. It starts with traffic before funnel optimization

A common failure mode in online business is building an elaborate funnel that receives little qualified traffic. MBA's published roadmap explicitly puts “Get Found” before “Convert.” That sequencing is sensible: a conversion system cannot be meaningfully tested without visitors.

2. The offer connects owned and borrowed channels

The curriculum spans search, email, podcast/partnership outreach and evergreen funnels. Those channels behave differently from a social feed because useful pages, email lists and partnerships can continue producing value without daily posting.

3. Human support is included alongside self-paced material

As of our check, the merchant advertises monthly 1:1 email coaching, a monthly live Q&A and community support. That may matter to buyers who already own several self-paced courses but struggle with prioritization.

Tradeoffs to consider

It is broad

More than 20 courses can be an advantage if you need an integrated system, but it is excessive if you only want one narrow skill. Someone who only needs an SEO refresher or one email sequence may be better served by a specialized resource.

The implementation still belongs to you

The merchant is explicit that the AI layer reduces work rather than eliminating it. MBA is education, templates, tools and coaching—not a done-for-you marketing agency.

Some tutorials reflect the creator's tech stack

The official FAQ says the strategy is tech-agnostic but that click-by-click examples and funnel imports are based on Kartra. It also names students using other platforms. If you rely on a different stack, expect some translation between the strategy and your interface.

Who should look closely at MBA?

The strongest fit is a founder selling expertise: coaching, consulting, services, courses, memberships, templates or other digital products. The merchant says the system is not aimed at physical-product-only businesses, brick-and-mortar businesses or MLM businesses.

If your central problem is “I have a viable offer, but my marketing still depends on me constantly showing up,” the curriculum is unusually aligned with that problem.

Our editorial conclusion

MBA 2.0 is most compelling as an integrated operating system rather than as a collection of unrelated courses. Its value proposition rises when you need several connected layers—search visibility, email, evergreen conversion, automation and implementation support—and falls when you only need one narrow tactic.

We would not use the merchant's student outcomes as a forecast for a new buyer. Business results depend on offer quality, traffic, market, execution, timing and many other variables. Treat testimonials as examples reported by the merchant, not guaranteed outcomes.
